
Audrey is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Family Sciences from the University of Kentucky and then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisville.
Audrey is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families achieve the goals that
brought them into therapy. She prioritizes her client’s individual experiences and aims to create a collaborative environment where they feel heard and supported. Audrey believes the
therapeutic relationship and a safe environment are crucial in the process of change. She aims to draw on strengths while also incorporating curiosity, empathy, and hope into the therapy space.
Audrey practices from a systemic lens and takes a flexible approach, integrating a variety of
modalities depending on each client’s needs. She often practices from Emotionally Focused
Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative therapy.
Audrey has experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a
variety of struggles, including but not limited to:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Self-esteem
- Communication difficulties
- Infidelity
- Life transitions
- Interpersonal relationship difficulties
