Kimberly takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Strengths-Based modalities. This flexible style allows her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs while helping them reshape thought patterns, relationships, and life direction.
