Bailey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Kentucky. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Evansville in Indiana, and then furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Family Science with an emphasis in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky.
Bailey has most recently worked as a clinical therapist in a partial hospitalization program in Louisville, KY. In this position, she worked with the child and adolescent population and provided individual, group, and family therapies. Bailey is passionate about working with clients to achieve their goals, as well as providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment. She believes the therapeutic rapport with clients is important to help them achieve their treatment goals, and she strives to create an empathic and collaborative atmosphere. Bailey’s approach with working with clients is being open-minded and calm, while also taking a collaborative approach to help clients identify their strengths and goals.
