Carol Ann Hamilton Isbell, LMFT, LCSW
Carol Ann is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapy Associates & is a Kentucky Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for Certified Social Workers. She provides both individual and group supervision for clinicians that are currently pursuing independent licensure.
Carol Ann’s approach to supervision parallels her approach to therapy in that she believes growth is possible through creating a strong working alliance with the therapist in training. Carol Ann values and appreciates different therapy models and will help Associates develop their personal treatment philosophy.

Sara Schuhmann, LCSW, LMFT
Sara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is an AAMFT Supervisor Candidate and is a Kentucky Board Approved Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapy Associates. Sara is also a Kentucky Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for Certified Social Workers. She provides both individual and group supervision for clinicians that are currently pursuing independent licensure.
As a supervisor Sara strives for collaborative relationships with supervisees, allowing them to process their cases and experiences transparently. Sara provides an encouraging space to aid trainees in exploring their clinical thinking and being curious about what their perspectives are in processing situations that arise. Sara’s goal is to aid her supervisees in reflecting on their clinical skills, preferred modalities, and growing into their own self of the therapist.
