Cory is a second-year student completing his master’s in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Louisville. He has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
Cory uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Collaborative Language Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy models when working with clients. He believes in a client-centered approach and strives to support clients from a collaborative stance. He has a passion for mental health and believes in human’s tendency to trend toward personal growth.
Cory practices from a systemic lens and enjoys supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate through what has brought them into the therapeutic space.
Cory is currently being supervised by Sara Schuhmann, LCSW, LMFT.
