Meredith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kentucky. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Strategic Communications with a focus on Creative Advertising from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville.
Meredith is deeply passionate about helping others and tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs. She incorporates a range of evidence-based models, including EMDR, Narrative Therapy, EFT, Gottman Method, CPT, CBT, and more, ensuring the most effective support for every individual.
Meredith believes in looking beneath the surface at an issue or area of struggle. She challenges her client’s to think with balance and compassion. Meredith enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples of all ages and backgrounds. Meredith acknowledges her client’s are the experts in their lives while balancing the human need for help.
